Lee builds and rebuilds teaching material for Enneagram programs and practitioners: course sequences, workshop arcs, take-home companions, and reference guides. She also develops brand systems and voice, so a practitioner’s work reads as one body of work.
Recent work includes curriculum redesign and branding for Awareness to Action International, and the full brand and materials for Analogue Enneagram. She also builds production systems for podcasts and live conference experiences, including the IEA Global podcast and its Story Booth.

Lee’s workshops teach people to notice how they and others actually process: what they attend to, what they skip, and where they miss one another. Every workshop builds clear-thinking skills alongside self-knowledge. Formats run from a single session to a multi-week series or a retreat, for teams, cohorts, and community groups, in person across the Southeast and virtually anywhere.

Lee meets individuals wherever they are with the Enneagram, from a first introduction and type discernment to ongoing coaching for people who know their type and want to use it. The aim is the same: seeing your patterns clearly enough to choose differently in the moment, not only understand them afterward.
For slower, shared work, Lee also leads seasonal creative circles through Tend the Year, and dreamwork workshops and Artist’s Way groups through Enneagrammatic.
